The meeting was hosted on a virtual portal which included features such as a personalized agenda for each attendee with links to all sessions, hosted breakouts, networking, and a social feed.
Incorporating the audience as much as possible was important to build team camaraderie; for walk-ins and breaks we pulled content from pre-show surveys to create fun loops of “common traits”.
