Patient First, First-In-Class Launch

For this company and product launch for a rare, life threatening pediatric disease, everything was centered around the patient and how we could build a culture of empathy in this newly formed company.

Reimagining the traditional meeting structure and sessions, we hosted the event in the San Diego Children’s Museum so that there was a constant tie to the patient population and the potential of this product to change these patients’ lives.

Dynamic training sessions situated throughout the museum empowered reps to establish a market and educate HCPs on the urgency of diagnosis in this high-risk disease state. 

An emotional climax to the meeting, parents holding their healthy baby who had recently been infused with this life-saving product gave an emotional panel interview with their health care provider.
