Intentionally pre-recorded to ensure quality and control, this program appeared live to attendees, was fun, fast-paced, and made these 300 attendees feel valued for their important work.
Creating moments of authentic recognition, particularly challenging in the virtual world, this event bolstered team camaraderie and pride.
By having multiple different people announce the award category winners the program maintained great momentum. Interspersing this with interactive elements such as the CEO spinning the virtual ‘Are you feeling lucky wheel?’ from which attendees won prizes added another celebratory element.
